The working principle of <\/strong><strong>Wisdom EA<\/strong> is setting traps by placing pending orders for both Buy and Sell in zones that have been researched as the most suitable order entry zones<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Moreover, it&#8217;s <strong>night trading<\/strong> <strong>(Night Trade) capturing short profits, closing daily profits<\/strong> (trading once per day) <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">What&#8217;s even more special is that users won&#8217;t worry about playing a single Time Frame (TF) anymore, because we&#8217;ve<strong>programmed <\/strong><strong>Wisdom EA to work on all TFs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; height: 0; overflow: hidden; max-width: 100%; background: #000;\"><iframe style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Rok4YkmaPgM\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><br \/>\n<\/iframe><\/div>\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>After we completed writing <\/strong><strong>the EA and conducted comprehensive testing (details in the section below)<\/strong> we got an EA that should be able to generate real profits in the forex market. The final testing results indicate the possibility that<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>If we let the <\/strong><strong>EA RUN continuously for 16 years, we can achieve 191,221% profit with 33.26% risk (drawdown) and a high win rate of 82.21% with an average Expected payoff of 354.05 <\/strong>Looking at the<strong> <\/strong><strong>Sharpe Ratio<\/strong> (return per unit of risk) <strong>as high as 12.07<\/strong> and Margin Level still above 700%. This shows great value and investment potential. Additionally,<strong>profits reached 1285<\/strong><strong>% &#8211; 3483%<\/strong> while <strong>Relative DD remained low at only 21.65% &#8211; 26.86% <\/strong>which is considered standard EA level if it doesn&#8217;t exceed 30-40%<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Performance analysis from various Metric parameters<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From<strong>Table <\/strong><strong>4<\/strong> we can see 3 Tests with different details to demonstrate differences in each technique:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Test 1<\/strong> is standard backtesting with Fixed spread and no Optimized Slippage. What makes it special compared to many others is we use 99.9% tick data and simulate the trading account realistically<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Test 2<\/strong> is backtesting with additional features from Test 1 by adding Variable Spread and Optimized Slippage to simulate using VPS with low Latency (Ping)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Test 3<\/strong> is backtesting similar to Test 2 but simulates using VPS with very high Ping<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We can see that<strong><u>using <\/u><\/strong><strong><u>good VPS can increase our profits by 170%<\/u><\/strong>. Don&#8217;t forget that what I tested were just default factory values. Impactful news includes:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Consumer Price Index (CPI),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">NON-FARM,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Interest rate news,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Jackson Hole meeting,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">and AGI news, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1 Day relative performance (USD)<\/strong> is a key indicator <strong>for predicting order probability<\/strong> as it compares currency strength in stable countries. When this value <strong>exceeds 1, there&#8217;s higher chance of profitable orders<\/strong>, except when paired with red box news!! You should <strong>check this value at 23:30<\/strong>. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Currency pair selection is crucial<\/strong> since the EA is quite sensitive to spreads. Trade pairs with low spreads, noting that each broker has different spread values.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Proper lot size setting is more than half the battle<\/strong>. From experience, <strong>lot size = 20 might be overtrading<\/strong> because with $1,000 capital, the EA sets lot size = 0.32, which I see as profit with increased risk.
